Delivery, Payout and Refund Policy

1. In order to ensure successful transactions with your virtual items, you shall comply with any and all conditions for executing Steam Trade Offers stipulated by the Steam Subscriber Agreement, Steam Trading FAQ, Steam Item Restoration Policy and any other Steam document or regulation applicable (the “Steam Rules”). The sale of virtual items from, and delivery thereof to, your account is carried out in accordance with Steam Rules.

2. All virtual items that you make available via the Service are made available for a final, non-refundable sale to other users in exchange of payout or balance refill at third-party website.

3. All transactions are final – you will not have any right to a refund or a reversal of any transaction once it is completed due to Steam policies. The deal cannot be cancelled by you on any step after the confirmation in the Steam system. You expressly acknowledge and agree that the transaction on transfer of the virtual item cannot be cancelled by you after the confirmation thereof via Steam. If the transaction is completed in the trade history, it means it is posed to Steam’s servers and is completed. We cannot help with further complaints if the transaction is completed in the trade history.

4. You shall only make virtual items available for sale through the Service if you are the owner of these virtual items.

5. In case the transaction has failed, you agree not to initiate any claim and dispute procedure with third parties regarding payouts, including, but not limited to, PayPal’s mechanism, since it is prohibited in case of virtual items due to impossibility to control the delivery status of virtual items.

6. As a general rule, we do not offer refunds. Any fees and transaction commissions paid by the Users are non-returnable. Due to the commission being non-returnable, you are not entitled to claim any compensation from us.

7. You will exclusively submit any disagreement, dispute, complaint or query by means of sending e-mail to [email protected] within 14 calendar days (after this period the complaints will not be accepted). Any other form of communication (including e-mail to another address) does not constitute a valid means to engage with Shadowpay for support.

8. The payment processor is primarily responsible for facilitating payouts to you for the virtual items supplied. The payment processor assumes primary responsibility, with Shadowpay’s assistance, for payment and payment-related customer support. The terms between the payment processor and customers who utilize the services offered by the payment processor are governed by separate agreements and are not subject to the Terms on this Site.

9. For payouts made through a payment processor, (i) the privacy policy of the payment processor shall apply to all payments and should be reviewed before using the Service, and (ii) the payment processor refund policy shall apply to all payments unless notice is expressly provided by the relevant supplier to you in advance. You are responsible for any fees, taxes or other costs associated with the payout resulting from charges imposed by your relationship with payment services providers (if any) or the duties and taxes imposed by your local customs officials or other regulatory body. Any separate charges or obligations you incur in your dealings with other third-party service providers are your responsibility.

10. You are responsible for providing Shadowpay valid information for receiving payouts.

11. Due to restrictions imposed by Shadowpay third party service providers, Shadowpay reserves the right to refuse service and/or to refuse pay out requests under the terms and conditions of these Terms when so required by its third-party service providers, to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.

12. Shadowpay further reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse service and to refuse pay out requests under the terms and conditions of these Terms if Shadowpay has reason to believe that the funds in your account are subject to any dispute as to the ownership of such funds or the means by which you acquired such funds.
13. Shadowpay accepts no liability and specifically disclaims any implied warranty to complete any transaction which cannot be cleared by its payment processors, whether because of the issues related to identity or localization or otherwise.

14. Shadowpay reserves its right to verify and approve any and all transactions made by you when using the Service to ensure that they comply with these Terms and the terms imposed to Shadowpay by third party service providers. You expressly acknowledge and agree that such verifications may also require you to provide Shadowpay or payment processors with additional personal information in order to verify and confirm your identity and to perform verifications aimed to deter fraud and prevent money laundering.
